My name is Ellena, and I moved up to Madison, Wisconsin after having lived in Atlanta, Georgia for 20+ years. I missed my family home so much that I’m bringing home to the Midwest through Korean culture, food, and vibes! I received my biochemical engineering degree from the University of Georgia while juggling all types of service-industry jobs (e.g., Sake Mama, Wonderbar, Papa Johns, Thank U Chicken). Who knew that the knowledge, skills, and experience would come so handy?
